• As design architect, RFA prepared the master plan for the office complex at Foothill and Halstead in Pasadena, CA.

• Design provides for the adaptive reuse of approximately 250,000 s.f. of an existing, windowless aerospace engineering facility into a garden office campus for corporate tenants.

• 25,000 s.f. of floor area was added to the three story office buildings, which include new two-story entrance lobbies.

• Site plan accommodates for both a parking structure and office retail building.
