• Our design of Phase 2 of Lakeshore Plaza at Dos Lagos is a new four story office building as part of the 2007 master planned corporate office complex on a 17.7 A. site within the mixed-use planned community of Dos Lagos in Corona, CA.

• As the commercial office center, the L-shaped office building frames the grand central plaza with fountain, exterior amenity/dining spaces for tenants with pedestrians paths to the Dos Lagos Promenade across the lake to nearby gardens and the regional retail center.

• Scheduled to complete construction in early 2020, the Phase 2 Office building provides approximately 150,000 SF of new class-A corporate/commercial office spaces, which is also served by the Phase 1 Central Plant.

• The Master Site Plan provides area for a future Phase 3 office building adjacent to Phase 2 with a future multi-level parking structure.​
